OCCUPIED HOME STAGING

Starting with a Consultation, the stager will spend up to 2 hours (depending on square footage) touring the home with the homeowners while making a detailed, room-by-room report of what can be completed to enhance the marketability of the home. From there, the homeowners will take the initiative to complete the work themselves or hire assistance where needed.

Once that is completed, the stager will return to the home to rearrange/move furniture to show off its best features. We will use furniture and accessories that are already in the home to prepare it for sale, saving the homeowner additional money. Click here for financing and pay-at-close options.

​Rate includes the cost of an initial consultation plus an hourly rate for preparation and staging. Due up front is half of the total cost of estimated hours to prepare for staging and the actual staging time itself.
