OCCUPIED CONSULTATION

The Occupied Consultation is an in-person consultation available to homeowners who will be occupying their property while it's on the Real Estate market and they are looking to complete the home staging work themselves. The property will be evaluated by a stager and they will walk through each room of the home discussing recommendations with the homeowner(s) as they take notes.

This is a great option for those who want to be hands-on with organizing, de-cluttering and preparing their home for sale, while saving money. Note: The below photos utilize the homeowner's current furniture and accessories. Click here for financing and pay-at-close options.

Rates start at $215 and includes a consultation up to 2 hrs (depending on the size of the home)
