The Consultation is for homeowners who are still occupying their home and they are looking to complete the work themselves. The property will be evaluated by a stager and the process may include taking photos and writing ideas/recommendations as they come to mind.
This is a great option for those who want to be hands-on with organizing, de-cluttering and preparing their home for sale, while saving money.
Rate of $195 up to 2 hrs consultation due up front
Starting with a Consultation, the stager will spend 1.5-2 hours touring the home, and making a detailed, room-by-room report of what can be completed to enhance the look of the home. From there, the homeowner will hire a professional organizer to de-clutter and organize personal belongings, if needed.
Once that is completed, the stager will return to the home to rearrange/move furniture to show off its best features. We will use furniture and accessories that are already in the home to prepare it for sale because it lowers the cost of renting furniture and other accessories.
Rate of $195 plus an hourly rate for preparation and staging. Due up front is half of the total cost of estimated hours to prepare for stage and actual staging
Vacant staging involves staging a home that doesn't contain furniture or other personal items. This is commonly utilized by real estate investors or homeowners that have vacated the home or rehabbed/flipped the property. This is useful because it gives potential buyers an opportunity to see how and where they can setup furniture and whether or not the space accommodates their lifestyle.
Staging includes Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Master Suite with 1 additional bathroom. Price consists of a flat fee for homes up to $450k, plus the cost of renting Living and Dining room furniture. Furniture rental is from Cort Furniture Rental. All other furniture and decor is provided by staging company.
