For the past several years, I have worked with clients to help them get their home show ready prior to listing it on the Real Estate Market to sell. I work one-on-one with clients like yourself to help them reduce carrying costs, increase return on investment and sell their property sooner rather than later.

I’m Nedra and I specialize in Vacant Home Staging for those who want to showcase their property in a way that attracts potential buyers enough to actually purchase the home. I’m a Staging Design Professional™ as well as an Occupied Consultation Specialist™, which means that I’m thoroughly trained in staging both vacant and occupied residential properties.

Most days you can find me watching YouTube videos, posting staging content on my social media, texting my dad, listening to The Kidd Kraddick Morning Show and calling friends and family. I’m a seasoned volunteer who loves chatting with patients at the hospital, as well as supporting homeless women and children who are victims of domestic abuse.
I’m a middle child who has an affinity for personal and professional development. One of the ways I complement that is by being a long-term member of Toastmasters International. I am genuinely afraid of public speaking, which is the reason why I do it. I don’t always want to have the experience of hyperventilating when called upon to speak in front of an audience. I do understand why fear of public speaking ranks higher than the fear of death. Every time I give a speech, I confront my own humanity and fear of being judged.

I’m an active member of the Real Estate Staging Association and an affiliate of Metrotex Association of Realtors where I’m constantly learning about the Real Estate Industry and the value of the service that I offer. The things I value that make life worth living: fulfillment, satisfaction, having relationships work and effective communication. I have a degree in Finance from Sam Houston State University and am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). After being in Corporate America for many years, I came to realize that I needed to do something fulfilling that involves my self-expression.

Thus, Effortless Charm Staging was created.

A 1930's craftsman style home located in Downtown Dallas, on a busy intersection. The home still includes outdated features from the 1930s, like a built-in phone booth on the entry hall and a mantle rifle display stand. The home sat on the market for 2 months before it was staged.
